Choosing the right product

For mild end-of-day dryness, hypromellose or carmellose drops used 3–4 times daily give gentle relief. For moderate dry eye, hyaluronic acid drops like HYLO offer longer comfort. For severe dry eye (Sjogren's, post-LASIK, or chronic blepharitis), look to higher-strength HA (HYLO Forte 0.2%), an overnight ointment, and a lid hygiene routine combined.
