Where We Deliver

We ship across mainland UK, including non-mainland areas (Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands). We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Delivery Options & Cost

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated 2–3 working days
  • Free for orders over £29.99 (up to 10 kg)
  • £2.20 for orders under £29.99 (≤ 10 kg)
  • £2.95 extra per additional 10 kg

Next-Day Delivery (Optional)

  • Estimated next working day (order by 2 pm, Mon–Fri)
  • £3.99 for orders under 10 kg
  • Additional £3.99 per extra 10 kg

Order Processing

All orders received before 2 pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours after approval, though busy periods may extend this. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel is with our courier partner (Evri, Royal Mail, DPD).

Bank Holidays & Delays

Deliveries do not occur on Bank Holidays; parcels will arrive the next working day. Please allow an extra 2 days for dispatch around these times.

Failed Delivery / Safe Drop

If you’re not available to sign, the courier will attempt a safe drop or leave a card. Uncollected items are returned to depot—contact us promptly to rearrange delivery.

Incorrect Address & Delays

It’s vital to enter your correct address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or returns due to wrong information, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Missed Delivery Timeframe

If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 working days of dispatch, let us know within 28 days for support.

Delivery FAQs

Where is my order?

You can track your order at the top of this page or via our Contact Us page. Orders typically arrive 3–5 working days after dispatch. If delayed, please check Royal Mail for updates. If no courier delays are reported, contact us.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Orders cannot be edited once placed. If your order has been dispatched, unwanted items must be returned for a refund in line with our refund policy.

Items missing or incorrect?

Please get in touch immediately and we will investigate.

Order cancelled or returned to sender?

If we cannot progress your order due to an issue, you will receive an email with next steps. You can also contact our Customer Services team via the Contact page.

Received a faulty item?

Email us with your name, order number, photo of the fault, and a description. Faulty items are tested on return; if found to be in working condition, they will be returned and no refund issued. Please read our Returns Policy for more details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

No. We cannot ship medical products outside the UK due to legal restrictions. This applies to all orders as per regulatory advice regarding destination country licensing.

Our Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries subject to successful payment
  • Delivery options exclude Bank Holidays, public holidays, and weekends
  • Delivery timescales are indicative only
  • Orders may be delivered in one or more packages
  • Packages may require a signature
  • Voucher promotions may have individual delivery charges
  • No liability for expenses due to failed/delayed orders (statutory rights unaffected)
  • Courier may vary depending on location, contents, and weight
  • Aerosols must be delivered by road (per January 2013 Dangerous Goods Act)
  • Next-day delivery starts from stock arrival at warehouse
  • Returned parcels → refund minus £2.95 postage (even if free shipping applied)
