At Remedime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you experience an issue with a product, we’re here to help.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Simply return the product to us, and we will also reimburse the cost of the return postage. Please contact our customer support team before sending the item back so we can assist you and provide the appropriate return instructions.

For non-faulty items, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and remains as it left our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the cost of the goods. However, we are unable to refund the return postage costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please note that, due to regulatory requirements, we do not accept returns on GSL (General Sales List) medicine items, even if unopened.
