How to Use

1. Cut about 45 cm (18 inches) of floss from the dispenser.
2. Wind most of the length around each middle finger, leaving a 2–3 cm segment for use.
3. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers and gently slide it between each tooth using a zig-zag motion.
4. Curve the floss into a “C” shape around the side of the tooth and beneath the gumline, then move up and down to clean both sides.
5. Use a clean segment of floss for each tooth to avoid re-introducing debris.
