Single vitamins let you target a specific nutrient at a specific dose — useful when a blood test has shown a deficiency, or when one nutrient meets your daily need rather than a broad multivitamin.

What's in this range

Stocked products include PuroSure Vitamin D3 in 400IU, 800IU and 1000IU strengths (capsule and tablet formats), PuroSure Vitamin B9 Folic Acid (400mcg, 90 tablets), Valupak Vitamin D 1000IU (60 tablets), RemediMe Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C in 50mg, 100mg and 200mg tablets, and Knoxzy Vitamin D3 Spray 4000IU and Vitamin B12 Oral Spray (1200µg).

Choosing the right strength

For Vitamin D, the NHS recommends 10µg (400IU) daily for most UK adults from October to March. 800IU and 1000IU suit anyone with low confirmed levels or limited sun exposure. 4000IU is a higher dose typically used short-term to correct deficiency. Folic acid 400mcg daily is the standard preconception and first-trimester dose. Vitamin C requirements are low (40mg/day), so 50–100mg tablets meet need with margin. Oral sprays bypass the gut and suit anyone with absorption issues.

Supplements complement a balanced diet, they don't replace it. For high-dose use, check with a pharmacist.
