Delivery Options & Costs

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated 2–3 working days
  • Free Shipping for orders up to £29.99 (≤ 10 kg)
  • £2.20 for orders over £29.99 (up to 10 kg)
  • £2.95 extra per additional 10 kg

Next-Day Delivery (Optional)

  • Estimated next working day (order by 2 pm, Mon–Fri)
  • £3.99 for orders under 10 kg
  • £3.99 extra per additional 10 kg

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 pm (Mon–Fri) → usually dispatched the same day
  • Standard delivery: 24–48 hours after approval (may extend during busy periods)
  • Tracking details sent via email once parcel is with courier (Evri, Royal Mail, DPD)

Bank Holidays & Delays

  • No deliveries on Bank Holidays — parcels arrive the next working day
  • Allow +2 days dispatch time around Bank Holidays

Failed Delivery / Safe Drop

  • If unavailable, courier may:
    • Attempt a safe drop
    • Leave a card
  • Uncollected parcels returned to depot → contact us to rearrange delivery

Incorrect Address & Delays

  • Ensure correct address at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays/returns due to incorrect info
  • Additional shipping fees may apply

Missed Delivery Timeframe

  • If order not arrived within 4 working days of dispatch → contact us within 28 days

Can I cancel or edit my order?

  • Orders cannot be edited once placed

  • Caused by delivery issue — you’ll get an email with next steps

Received a faulty item?

  • Email support@remedime.co.uk with:
    • Name
    • Order number
    • Photo of fault
    • Description
  • Items found working after inspection → returned (no refund)

Do you ship outside the UK?

  • No — legal restrictions prevent shipping medical products outside UK

  • All deliveries subject to successful payment
  • Excludes Bank Holidays, public holidays, weekends
  • Delivery timescales are indicative only
  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages

  • Voucher promotions may have specific charges
